They are a TruGlo product. Tritium Fiber Optic, basically a tritium sight with fiber optic in front of the tritium vial so they glow in day and night.

TRUGLO - The World's Most Advanced Line of Fiber Optic Sights
The TFOs have both the tritium for night/darkness use. And the fiber optics that give a glow like appearance on day/lighted conditions. They are also manufactured (I think) in Richardson, Texas, just north of Dallas.

Gilbert's Guns, sponsor of XDTalk has them for $79.95 for XDs, but that are normally $99, so if you want them you need to get them ASAP before the next batch from the manufacturer received by Gillbert's Guns puts the price back at $99. I got mine from them two weeks ago, ordered online and got them in 2 days. You can call in your order as well. I have a pair on both my XDs $99 for the first set adn $79 for the last set.
