Each state has different laws. Check Arkansas state law.

Carring In An Auto Or Truck In Ny State
In Ny State Concealed Means Concealed It Must Be On Your Person In A Holster Or Pack On Your Body. Cannot Put On Seat Of Car Or In Glove Compartment Etc. I Know Ny State Law Sucks Thanks To Hillary, Shummer And The Gov. And Como The Attorney General And All Of The Ass---es That People Voted In Office Before Them On The News Today Best News That I Heard Was That Uncle Ted May Of Sufferd A Stroke In Mass. XD fan80: I think you need to reread Michigans laws again, if you have a permit you can have it anywhere in the vehicle in plain sight if you want.
