Looks like they don't do any trouble shooting there. If something is wrong with your phone or electric they just run a new wire.

I used to be a lineman and saw some pretty messy stuff but not anything even close to that..that is unreal..haha

My dad always told me about the cluster****s, i always thought they where just storys, remind me to keep the electrical biussness in the US, Ive see some mesed up wiring in my day but that leave me speachless, Thank god for US regs, I always hated the inspectore, but if thats what happens when they arnt there than ill never complain about them bitching again,  Ok maybe not never but ill be a little less pissed.
