hopefully wash dc will be better than i when i lived there. i lived in virginia for 20 years and never had my ccw permit because the only place you needed it was the district and you could not carry there. nearly every day i would have to drive in or through the city, but i never would have been able to carry.
good luck and stay out of the traffic! |
