That said, a person holding authority over some one else, regardless of age should not be involved sexually with the underling or using said authority for personal gain in any way.

My issue is with the abuse of authority not the actual act. Depending on the childs maturity they can make choices even if they don't understand the consequences.

If I found my 17 yo daughter with a 30 year old i'd throw him out, a 22 with my 14 YO he's not living long enough to get out. Gender regardless.

Maybe the issue should be laws on fraternization. I just signed papers after papers saying I will not marry a enlisted if I survive OCS and take a commission. Maybe fraternization should be a crime society wide. Children in HS each class is its own designation, grade school as well (sophmore, junior, senior, 8th 4th and so on) they shouldn't be having sex outside of those lines. College is upper and lower classmen, and realistically those lines shouldn't be crossed either. No one should be having sex with their boss IMO leaves too much abuse up in the air.

We are the only species that has a law on sex . Any other species mates when they become mature as a lot of humans did not to long ago. I don't think it is right for someone being taken advantage of or one person being underage and one being legal but I know a lot of people anywhere from 15-19 that are dating and of course having sex and while they take risks living certain lifestyles they are doing nothing essentially wrong.

Really the way "kids" need to be treated as if they are adults when they become mature and go through puberty because that's is what they are as defined by nature. Sure they don't pay all the bills and have as many responsibilities and that's why parent need to teach them these things and how to "act" like an adult by being treated like oneand them being responsible for themselves. The real issue with teen having sex is with the parents being all worried about it. If you have teens be their friend and talk to them about it, don't nag them just talk and listen to what they have to say. It's funny a lot of parent had sex at a young age but don't want their kids to at any cost? Of course there are a lot of STD's floating around but if your not with an easy girl then you should be fine.

So here goes, I was 18 years old and my GF was 16 we had sex am i suposed to go to jail, am i a sick basterd. we had been in a relationship for two years and we made a dicision about our relationship, So do i qualify as a rapist, am i going to hell, in some cultures around the world children as young as seven are incuriged to have sex are they going to hell, no they grow up to be normal people. I do admit a 30 year old with a 15 year old is sick but im 21 and got attacked by a couger who was 44 am i a sicko now, i think it depends on what the individual feels is right, if you dont want you children to have sex talk to them about it, dont let them hang out with poeple who are twice there age and know what there doing. I know a guy who had sex with his GF when he was 18 and she was 17, she got pregnant and had a baby, he took care of her and the baby, her parents didnt like him so they filed sharges, now hes a registered sex offender, is that right, when he moves they send leters to all of his naghbers telling them that hes a sex offender, hes just a guy who had sex with his GF. Also, if a 12 year old runs away from home and is responsible for her self dose that mean the law dosnt apply. The govenment now desides when we are ready for everything, when we can have sex, die for our contry, own a gun, but boos, the problem is that not everyone is the same some mature faster then others and the laws dont take that into acount.

In PA theres a 4 year rule, 14 can mate with 18, 15 with 19, 16 with 20, 17 with 21, and once youre 18 you can have sex with someone whos 3,000 for all they care. I remember our polysci teacher in highschool telling us that when we were seniors, haha, he didnt want anyone getting in trouble. Anyways, I remember when I was around 16, I made a new friend, and we hung out alot. I used to hang out at his house alot, slept over some weekends when we stayed up late playing halo and what not. Anyways, his mom was a 100% MILF. The first time I went over there she gave me the eye, and used to stare at my crotch so intently i think she was doing it purposely so i knew. She continued to do this, early in the morning several times she woke me up in bra and panties and asked if i wanted breakfast, tho she didnt wake her son up. She would walk around in the smalled bikini i'd ever seen, and it was outrageous. Now she never made an actual move on me, because now looking back, i think she was looking for me to show signs of interest(other than my eyes dropping out of my head) so she knew it was ok to proceed. What im saying is, although she was HOTTT and had a better body than most of the girls in high school, it did make me uncomfortable to a degree. If we did end up having sex, i probably would have loved it, but it did make my uncomfortable. Anyways, a few years later, flash forward to a bar, she's in there with her husband. who can rip my head off. I go over, say hello and bs for a bit, then I go on my way to sit with a friend. So she comes over and tells me how much she likes me, and how much of a man i've turned into, and it starts getting a little thick, once she realized what she was saying, she kind of gasped and wandered off.

I know what she did is probably wrong, but I'd be lying if I did not say that when I was 15-16...that type of scenario was exactly what me and most of my buddies were dreaming of! LOL You know, the stuff you all read about in Penthouse Letters and wished would happen to you.

(come on..admit it..if YOU were 15 again....she would not have to ask you twice...right?)

Thats what makes this such a hard case to condemn both parties for. On one side, I am thinking "this woman is a danger and does not need to be teaching" and the other part of me is cheering the boys on.

Hey...at least I am honest! I am more of an economic conservative..not a social one.
