i don't so much think it's the tool that's doing it as it is you....hear me out lol.

If you use a tool daily and you say it doesn't "bite" you and you use one very rarely and it does. Is it possible that you are familiar with the one you use often and not so much with the other...thus leading to un-familiar operation leading to injury?

just a thought. but in the spirit of not being a buzz kill...yeah man, it's totally haunted!
