That picture reminds me of that scheme in Jurassic Park with Newman from Seinfeld where he gets blasted in the face by that ancient creature.

Looks interesting, seems like it offers the benefits of the foam without the downside (being that the subject can grab a handful of foam if you miss his face and throw it right back at you) I'll stick to my aerosol spray for now, but this gel looks kinda promising. I certainly won't be in line to try it out, once was MORE than enough for me.

What bothers me about carrying these kind of self-defense products is you pull out the spray, and it escalates the the perp pulls out a gun- you loose.

We went to this stuff last year - works GREAT!

BTW, it cleans up a lot easier than standard CS and doesn't create a 'mist' to impact you or innocent bystanders.....

The gel sticks to the subject, gets behind protective glasses and will bring a strong man to his knees, crying like a little girl!

If you haven't guessed, that's PERSONAL EXPERIENCE talking at you! We have to be sprayed in order to experience what we're doing to others - the the 'instructor' was a sadistic SOB who seemed to enjoy the task!

As to the species of exercises, I advise the gun. While this gives moderate exercise to the body, it gives boldness, enterprise and independence to the mind.
