wow i need to order some ammo and fast i just had 1000 rounds come in but with this looming over me i need more.
Its a good idea to keep the BG from geting ammo and if you have a clean back ground your ok but only 50 rounds a month where did they get that number i shoot 50rd in about a minute. oh well just one more thing to hate about this state

i think they mean that you cannot give more then 50 rnds to a friend, etc. they are trying to control the private trade too...which, will not work.

Breaking News of AB 2062 – Ammo Registration

The Assembly Committee on Appropriations has just placed AB 2062 on the Suspense File. Even though any bill with costs of over $150,000 automatically goes to suspense, Assemblyman Kevin DeLeon amended his bill in an attempt to get below this fiscal threshold.

We’ve heard from our supporters that members of the Appropriations committee admit to having received many hundreds of phone calls on AB 2062 since our Lobby Day on May 6th, and virtually 100% in opposition. Key Democrat staffers answering the phone have indicated that their bosses believe that there is no support for this bill and it will die.

The Suspense File is often used by the committee as a tool to bury bills they want to see go away. They simply leave the bill on suspense until after the deadline to take up any more bills. They then claim that the state does not have enough resources to fund the bill which allows the author to save face.

If AB 2062 stays on the Suspense File, we will all know the real reason.

Ask any pro-gun member of the Appropriations Committee and they will tell you that the lobbying effort spearheaded by Gun Owners of California was timely and effective. We will continue to lead the way.

all i will say is if you thing these issues do not effect you becouse you do not live it california your wrong just look at the current examples of new york city and chicago practically modeled after parts of the dc weapons ban..my point is if they get these laws and regulations passed there its only a matter of time before antis in your state take note and try for the same thing there.it starts out and gets shot down again and again until eventually it gets in and gets voted on. take notice these laws and regulations will be coming to your state real soon.be aware and be vigil

Umm are you telling me gangbangers are shooting more thann 50 rounds in a month and that will help? Logically it could only affect the law abiding, it only takes 1 to kill someone, and gangsters don't shoot more than two mags in a month, so tops 34 rounds.
