I've read my states and it made no sense to me. I couldn't find anything in all that babble about being able to open carry even if you have your CCW.
Washington State by the way.

Someone already posted the NRA site that includes GA. I did find the law for CA and it's pretty darn simple...
California citizens are forbidden from owning any firearm that is capable of striking an ignition source and subsequently firing a projectile. All other firearms are permitted, unless they are painted black or any other color deemed evil or intimidating. |
