well < can't say stupidity on the write up. Or young and dumb either the officer is from this point on known as "the guy"

but those are contributing factors

< has had to talk to the guy about several aspects of his job to make sure that the guy did them, one important thing that the guy or anyone down here is supposed to do is check up on all of the officers working, something we do to make sure out officers are safe and no one has come up and smacked them in the head with a wrench or put a bullet or two in them during their shift

< caught the guy again having not checked up on people that are in some dangerous neighborhoods for nearly the entirety of their shift.

one location is near a place where the officer can see drug deals occuring across a given street, and once witnessed a shooting and called the police to the area

these are not places where < wants to leave them hanging

the guy has been talked to by < and had to go to a meeting with higher ups do to issues like this once before

< even let one time slide and explained to the guy the parts of the guy's job that < noticed were not getting done - verbal warning

< caught him again and now the guy has another write up

the guy may end up getting let go
