I remember when that word was not thrown about like so much loose change. A Weapon Of Mass Destruction was "Nuclear", "Biological", "Chemical". Now a days it can be a glock with a 16 round mag.

Meh, maybe terrorism but thats still a stretch. They should throw him to the shrinks to figure out what makes him tick. Personally I don't think they will ever figure out that if you take pain out of upbringing like spanking all the child safe equipment, that the children are incapable of comprehending the consequences of their actions when it comes to destruction.

Of course seperating the elderly and the dying from the rest of society has a similar effect.

Did he intermix chemical contaminants with the bombs by the way?

I don't think he had mixed anything yet, but had everything he needed.

I could see a terrorism charge, intent to commit murder, etc... but since when are pipe bombs WMDs? (not sure what container he was going to use as a bomb casing, but "pipe bomb" seems to fit the scale of his operation)

I believe he needs to be prosecuted, but whatever happened to common sense? Why does everything have to be taken to the extreme?

Yup, throwing the WMD thing in there just seems like yet another slippery slope.

Royally screwed up intelligent analytic mind. We need more laws to protect these three rights. Ban guns in schools, it obviously works.
