Did anybody else take their kids last weekend?

I took my boy both Saturday and Sunday around Hoosier National Forest. Heard TONS of gobblers but they never came into range. It was my boy's first time out so at least it was cool to hear them. This Wed. is opening day for regular season, good luck to me!

I am going this weekend with my nephews and brother in law.
Last year the 7 year old got one, so this year the 5 year old nephew gets to take the first crack at em.

I know a couple guys in Northern Indiana that did well with their kids. I am going out Wednesday to hopefully get mine. I just got home from patterning my Benelli. It went very well. 14 in the kill zone at 40 yrds. I was impressed!

Benelli's rock! My nova patterns great. My little bro just got one with the pistol grip and it patterned awesome ever out to 50 yards. Good luck to "us" tomorrow!!!

I have no kids to take anymore so I guess I might head out on Saturday and at least talk to them. I would sooner call them in then shoot them anymore. Unless he is a big en. Good luck to all and be safe..
