Online photo/file backup (not file hosting like photoshop)

well i had a really close call a while ago my computer crashed but luckily i had bought a backup external hard drive and stored all my pictures on it. Well after i reformated my computer i hooked the hard drive back up and my pictures were still on it, so everything seemed just fine. well i forgot to put another copy of the files on my main hard drive which is the one i use for everything except for photo backup. Well about a week after my computer crashed and needed to be reformatted my external hard drive stopped working so i thought i had lost all my pictures, I did have a small fraction of them on photobucket, but photobucket doesn't allow you to load the pictures on at full size and resolution.

So i took my external hard drive in and likely it was fixable but it cost me about $130 to get my pictures back, and the original hard drive only cost me $50. But it was deffinitly worth it to get those pictures back since i had pictures of a friend and a half brother on their that are no longer alive and a few other photos that were truely once and a life time things that i will never get back if i lost them. One other thing i should say is that i do work as a photographer and have had my pictures in the local paper several times and have had a picture put up in an art gallery (i got 3rd place in a photo contest). I also make a pretty good amount of money selling my prints, usually about $100-250 a month and thats not counting the money i make doing senior pictures a weddings (who at any time could call and order new prints, and if i wasnt able to get those pictures for them they definitively wouldn't be recommending me to anyone and i get ALL my customers from word of mouth or from friends and family recommending me and then i usually will have to show people my work before they will hire me)
So needless to say losing all my pictures would be a VERY bad thing and would take a long time to recover from (well the stuff i could recover from but loosing those pics of people that are no longer around would kill me)

well after a very long post ill get to the point:
i found a site the other day called xdrive its owned by AOL well they will let you load pictures and any other files on at full resolution (which to me is a big deal) for FREE. well the first 5GB are free (per account so if i fill this one up i will just make up a new one). well i loaded my pictures up and i couldnt be happier. i tried downloading them from a friends computer and sure enough they downloaded at full resolution and exactly the same as when i put them on there. Even the photos that are being edited in photoshop that are saved in the photoshop file. Those pictures when they arnt compleated are made up of different "layers" and a site like photobucket requires you to convert it to a "flattened image" tha i wouldnt be able to download and continue working on it. I would have to start all the way from the begining which would be a waste of hours of work.
you can also store any type of file on xdrive which is something i really like. I also stored my "game files" from Grand theft auto so that i can just copy them into the user files on someones computer that has GTA and i would be able to continue from where i left off. Most people know they should back up pictures and such but when your computer crashes it really sucks having to start at the begining of a game that you have put many many hours into.
im not in school this semester but when i go back i will load all my important files on here so if my jump drive breaks i will still be able to download my file from the school.

here is the link and sorry about the really long post
