In my opinion Guns and alchohol just dont mix well, an intoxicated person with a gun (no matter the percentage as we all have different tolerances) can equal a really bad situation.

Me personally. I have a no drinking alcohol policy when carrying. I don't feel that alcohol and guns mix very well. Same for driving. Just my .02 cents.

I does not appear to be a state law, - maybe Denver-specific as Denver has an assault weapon ban.

According to RMGO.org, Pueblo has a local ordinance.

No alcohol when you are dealing with weapons. It sounds like common sense, but you get that Capt Morgan in ya and....

In florida, you can not bring a gun into a bar, nor can you go into the bar area of a resturaunt while carrying.

only you, or your gun should be loaded an any point, but never at the same time. But common sense isn't so common.
