In January 2008, the Border Patrol Minority Recruitment Strike Team launched to lead an aggressive recruiting campaign for qualified African American candidates. This is the first time in the Border Patrol’s history that it has been able to put together a recruitment team comprised entirely of African American Border Patrol agents.
The focus of the recruitment campaign is to address and dispel the common misconceptions that the African American community may have about becoming an agent, as well as to increase the percentage of minorities in the Border Patrol.
Of the approximately 15,000 Border Patrol agents across the country, there are eight African American women on the force, and three of whom are members of the Minority Recruitment Strike Team.
Currently, the Border Patrol has less than 1.5 percent African Americans within its ranks, as opposed to the Common Labor Force, which has more than 10 percent.

I think more minorities on the team would be a good idea. Diversity on something like this I think would really help them.

If you do it, make sure you never discharge your weapon in the general direction of a criminal or you might go to Federal Pound-Me-In-The-*** prison...

For a team that went to game 7 of the ALCS and tied for the best record in the MLB in 2007, I don't know what in the hell is going on with the tribe. Time to start watching the Cubs I guess...

But back to the topic... I might actually go check out the recruiting event they're having downtown on the 19th...
