Thanks. Yes, my cat had a small tumor above his eye. I had it removed but it turned out to be a benign tumor. It was a very expensive procedure. Because they had to rebuild his eyelid, his one eye now slants more at the top edge, making him look like he's evil. But I'm glad I had it removed. Here are some pics: Before surgery ![]() After surgery - he looked pretty scary for a while. Now he's pretty much back to normal except for the slight slant to his eye. ![]()

Cats are evil to begin with, a little look on their faces doesn't make it worse.
I, well, I should say my wife, we have two. I wouldn't have them if it wasn't for her. I like them, but I prefer dogs. I went over 20 years without a cat...this is the first I've ever been without a dog. It sucks.

Etta, That's a pretty cat. I had one that looked like it. She got really old and died. We kept taking her to the vet but he couldn't save her. We now have three, two that my daughter brought with her when she moved back in. One is a Main Coon, it just keeps growing and growing.

Kitty cats are usually unsatisfactory. chihuahuas are as well. It's not the size of the dog in the fight but the fight in the dog. I could like a small pet, but it has to be big enough I don't have to be TOOOO careful with. I'll take a Mountain Lion, an English Mastiff or I might go all the way down and get a Lynx if its particularly feisty and tough.
I once dated a girl that weighed literally half of what I did, but it worked out because she was a nationally ranked Tae Kwon Do person. I want a pet with the same capacity for ferociousness (Not mean, but capable) and big enough I won't accidentally break it (It can be small enough I could do it harm, but I won't hurt it playing with it, I want it to be able to wrestle with my arm at least) not to compare my ex-gf with a cat... but that is how she described herself P.S. I also was more than irked merely by reading the thread title.

My cat named Trouble weighs 18 pounds and keeps the neighbors Airedale at a sufficient distance to keep dog poo out of my yard.

Thanks! I think he's really pretty. He's pretty feisty too. I inherited this cat from my mom, who adopted him from my brother. He's 13 years old but I've only had him for about a year and a half.
