seeing other people post about how much it costs, and what kind of ridiculous things are tied onto them?

Hello,

I'm writing a report for my college Government class, and i was wondering if i could ask a question?

Where are the restricted areas for persons (all non-criminal) carrying firearms?

22-14-23 - No carrying in a courthouse

32-20A-11 - No carrying while on a snowmobile

41 CFR 102-74.440 - Federal law prohibiting carry of firearms on any federal property

title 18 USC, S922(q)(2)(a) - Prohibiting firearms on school grounds.

are there any other places where firearms cannot be carried? Bars? state buildings? i'm specifically interested in State laws.

If so i was wondering if i could have the SDCL which applies to it, for referrence and verification.

Thank you very much for your time, and i would like to note that i think the law concerning carry while on a snowmobile to be rather... ridiculous, and i hope that you will work to have it repealed.

Here in Kansas if you go to the CCW course, fire A weapon as long as you pass the course, you can carry any firearm you want. That is the way it should be... You shouldn't have to qualify with every gun you own or want to carry. IMO
