Obama a well-deserved “F” grade.

It obviously comes as no surprise that Obama is anti-gun. In fact, as with Hillary, we are so well aware of Obama’s hostility toward the Second Amendment that in the 2004 elections, NRA’s Political Victory Fund (NRA-PVF) issued Obama a well-deserved “F” grade. What’s surprising is that he thinks he can slowly change his message and we won’t notice. Incidentally, in taking his latest position, Obama is opposing the law in 48 of our 50 states, which afford law-abiding citizens a means to carry a concealed firearm for personal protection.

Obama scares the crap out of me. Especially how he tries to hide a few of his gun control ideas inside other bills. I hope to god he doesn't get elected.

Wow I kinda liked him up until that point. He makes at least a little more sense than Billary. Not that I would willingly vote Democrap. When will these dumbass politicians realize that the minority(those who dont support gun rights) thinking is not what we all want. And that the way they view things is not the way we want. Whatever happened to Government BY THE PEOPLE, FOR THE PEOPLE!!!!

I'll try to be diplomatic with this question because I really want to know, What did you like about him? His "pro-abortion? His "Universal health care"? His "anti-war"? His "dumping on his grand-mother that raised him"? His "radical spiritual adviser"?

I'm at a loss of what turns people on about this man that has written so much about his "embarrassing white connections" and yet claims to be the one that can mend the ways of the past! He is obviously, to me, an "anti-white bigot" and if a white man were to say anything remotely, or be associated with the counter-white man that has preached the things that the minister of the church that he has been a member of for 20-years and has contributed a great deal of money to, he would be railroaded out of the government office which he held!!!!!!!!!!!

Now see Edub. Alot of this stuff I hadnt heard before. I know you are probably wondering if I have been living under a rock for the last few months. The answer is simply Yes. We only get AFN out here and our news coverage isnt the best. I also dont usually have the time when I get home from work to go looking at the news on the net. But I do have time to lurk around here at work. The reason I liked him a little more than Billary is the fact that he makes a little more sense on somethings to me. And when confronted about drug use in college he said Sure I did it. Dont worry about offending anybody. I am just a misinformed Squid living overseas with crappy cable and worse internet.

No insult intended my friend. I thank you for your service! You are a good man to admit being "mis-informed".

I spent 13-years of my service time out of country. I didn't understand why the American citizens would vote a man into office that proclaimed "Education" as being his forte and he was the governor of the second lowest quality education standards in America. I was raised to believe that it was one of my highest duties to be informed of the issues of my elected officials.

I was 15 when JFK was assassinated. My father was very saddened, but proud that a Texan was to become the president. He even voted in the next election for him. I had my doubts, but said very little, we were Texans. In 1965, my father and I had a heart-to-heart talk. He admitted his error and I have been a pretty much staunch Republican ever since. I've been disappointed at times, but Reagan made me proud and made me fell like it was great to be an American, all the way!

I would like to say that McCain would also, but I feel that he is just a better option than the other two.

It's a shame that this great country has become so infatuated with celebrities, whether it be actors, sports, or musical stars, that they will not take the time to follow the issues of how their potential leaders stand on the primary issues that will determine their futures'.

Nice reply Ed. If I get my absentee ballot I will be voting for McCain. My biggest issue is Iraq. And honestly neither Obama or Billary have thought it through.
