I switched from an airweight revolver and never looked back. I use a Kahr P9 covert. You can't get those anymore but a Kahr Pm9 seems like a good piece. If the single stack keltec 9 is reliable/durable that would be a good choice as well.

I don't list my guns - I know glocks, FALs, and AKs but I'm not sure my ability to fill a gunsafe with guns make me an expert on anything.

All that you can depend on from a 45 is that it will drill a .45 - .70 inch hole about 14 inches into someone. There will not be "energy dump", people will not fly backwards, and they will not necessarily fall as if they have been struck by lighting.

I have the Bersa 380CC and a CZ 2075 RAMI P in 9mm. I really like the RAMI and it's just slightly larger than the Bersa. And I get 9mm +P with the RAMI !

Guns and Ammo had a real weak write up about the Ruger LCP basically saying it was an OK backup. However, the author never fired one yet.

It looks good, probably reliable....I hope. Pls post results when you first fire.
