just another sign of the times i say. makes me fear for my children's future. absentee parents, parents who just don't give a damn are the problem. the parents are working so hard they can't raise their children or they simply choose not to be involved with their children. no one is instilling morals and values in the youth. i didn't hear a parent was filming it? if that is true i say hang 'em high! humanity is at its worst i believe ever. before civilization the brutality among humans was necessary for survival, but this is senseless. i just can't understand people. i had a lot more to say about this but i lost it.

I'd like to think that all the publicity will keep this type of thing from happening again, but I know that it will only get worse.

youtube and myspace are cesspools of debauchery and evil. Youth of today are so obsessed with youtube and myspace that they actually lured an innocent girl to get beat up so they could be famous on youtube, and their justification was comments made over myspace. These websites are sickening. they need to be shut down, and kids need to be deprogrammed from this stupid myspace culture.

The parents are to blame for raising such ****ty kids, but society in general is at least complicit

After one of the girls was booked she asked, "Am I going to be able to go to cheerleading practice tomorrow"!!!!!

These dirtbag kids deserve every day in jail they get. It'll be interesting to see how long they get. Now that this story is public the court will probably want to make an "example" of them and give a harsh sentence, but who knows. I hope they do.

These websites are no more responsible for the "downfall" of children than our weapons are for school shootings, or spoons in making Rosie fat.

In the end it comes down to the person performing the action and what kind of sense of humanity and right and wrong they have.
