Especially when it has some goodies from midway usa in it.
Nothing too important, but I forgot all about it until I saw the box sitting there when I got home from work today. I needed some new ear muffs, I was just using some cheap wally world muffs. I bought some nice Howard Leight muffs, a silicone cloth to wipe my guns down with and a cool XD hat to wear at the range!
Like I said nothing that big, but always nice getting a package.

Love it,love it,love it.....I orderd 2000rds 7.62x39 awhile back and when it got here it felt like Christmas.Ooooooo I love getting the brown boxes.

a friend of mine in Canada sent me a package, and it got held up at customs. I was trying to clear the problem, and they said the package did not exist. Turns out in the U.S. we pronounce "z" ZEE and in canada (and most of the rest of the world) they pronounce it ZED. So when he said ZED in the tracking number, i was inputing ZED.

i use fed ex now...

My UPS guy knows me by name. Last week a new guy moved into the complex with a last name similar to mine and the UPS guy had me sign and then i looked down and said wait its not mine! He responded "OOPS. sorry I just looked at the last name and it looked like yours so I brought it right to you. Hah! It is good to know the UPS guy, he always takes care of my things."

I'm all about UPS. I have spent thousands with Midway over the years because when I place an order in the early afternoon, it's here the next! I think both Midway and UPS work great togetherm which works out nice because I'm very impatient when it comes to waiting for my goodies!

I've gotten a lot of packages from Midway. My UPS man knows me and hates my dogs. Once he came when I wasn't expecting anything so I didn't put the dogs inside and one of my Jacks snapped at him, bit him on the boot I think. I told the guy to just kick the dog - that's what I would do. Damn dogs.

I'm expecting something now from UPS - sprinkler parts. (Getting ready for summer!) Oh well, not gun stuff. But I need to order a new bullet mold from Midway and just waiting till payday.

BUT I have figured out that when ordering from Midway, it's usually a little bit cheaper AND faster to select USPS for shipping. Twice they had a different UPS delivery dude and my package went to the neighbor's house. I was pissed when I checked the internet to see that my package had been delivered and it wasn't here! And aside from that, believe it or not the mailed stuff from Midway gets here faster. Although I can't track it. Your mileage may vary, but I suggest trying out the mail.

Edited to add: Well if I was using anything besides the cheapest shipping, I would probably use UPS.

Love that "Brown" truck with my motorcycle and gun goodies

Wifey gets jealous sometime tho, so I have to lay low for awhile sometimes. She does'nt really mind about the money cause it does'nt come out of our joint account...I make cash "tips" plus salary so the cash is mine, salary check goes in the joint account.

I hate brown and prefer FedEx but the gun stuff in the boxes slightly make up for my hatred of their company. I've received boxes that looked like they went to iraq and then came back and shot with everything except a tape gun.
