i wish i could take a black rifle, pistol, what have you; take it to a anti- gun convention and just throw it out on the deck and give the Command KILL!!
Then as the weapon just lies there, there i'd shout OH NO OH GOD, THATS RIGHT!!! YOURE AN INANIMATE OBJECT. You cant kill without SOMEONE behind you. Dear oh dear me, and i was under the impression that the wepaon/rifle was a breed of rampant blood thirsty, monsters....oh man, am i embarresed thinking thata gun could kill... oh man.

Yes, bad guys can carry guns into parks, but that doesn't mean we'll all be safer if everyone carries a gun in a park.

Maybe, maybe not, but I just want a fighting chance unlike the rest of the sheeple who want to believe their government will protect them.

This is going to be HUGE since there were several large cities who had bans before premption. This ruling is just as important for us as the case is before the US in regards to the 2nd ammendment.

This is retarded. Virginia allows CHP holders to conceal their firearms into STATE parks and we don't have issues of random shootings. We can OC in most places too and you don't hear that we have shootouts all the time like say Maryland or DC where they have stricter gun laws.

State preemption on gun laws is the only sensible thing to do as it prevents a confusing patchwork of local ordinances from causing needless misdemeanor charges for gun owners. Ohio had this problem for quite a while. The list of places off-limits and the permissible means of carry are difficult to keep up with.

Imagine if just entering or leaving a city or county with your guns involved the same amount of knowledge and preparation as leaving the state with your guns. From what I've seen and heard that's the current practice in Ohio

The gun grabbers never give up! They are well funded by wealthy left-wing nut cases, as well as, foreign, gun banning governments, and the U.N., who don't like the example the US gives to the rest of the world of free people with the ability to defend themselves.

We need to remain vigilant and keep your memberships current in gun rights organizations!

If SCOTUS rules against D.C., it will go a long way to preventing crap like what's going on in Ohio.

+1 hahaha! I used a similar line while debating with an anti-gun friend of mine this weekend, something about my gun climbing out of my underwear drawer and strolling down to the elementary school to take out the first kid it comes across.
