Don't think it's necessarily photo shopped. Think they just found 3 unusually short girls and 1 very tall woman.

I'd bet money that she has "acromegaly"/"gigantism."

"Andre the Giant" also had it. I have it. Mine started in my twenties(acromegaly), so I never grew to be 8 feet tall. Too bad, I could have been a basketball player or pro wrestler, but instead I am just a big guy with a barrel chest :P
