You double-click on utorrent.exe ... and then when it's running, you can drag .torrent files into it.

have you set it up using the Speed Guide?
use Youtorrent.com to search for torrents. uTorrent is just to manage down/uploading of them.

I like isohunt.com
It works pretty well, and it has a list of top 300 downloaded things for the day or hour, and that gives good advice, thats how I found the terminator show
