yeah ive been screwed by them before. i deposited a check on a friday night, they usually hit my acount monday at midngith, and it didnt hit my account until the following friday for whatever reason, well needless to say being a college student i was living paycheck to paycheck and i overdrafted and ended up with ~$500 in overdraft charges that they would not refund.

That happened to a friend of mine in college he deposited his paycheck and they put a hold on it and he wound up overdrafting ~600 bucks, took him forever to get out of the red.

that happened to me twice now. it wsnt suppossed to happen again after the first time. the total charges incurred on my account was over 600 bucks. they gave me a whopping $42.10. my paycheck not only comes from BoA(which i why ibank from them), but it comes from THE SAME ****ING BRANCH! i mean, my boss and i deal with the same people? why the hold on the check?
this, plus i STILL have yet to receice my checks yet, and have ordered them three times, and charged every time, even when they are suppossed to be free(have that in writing, they said only the first set is free, well i still havent received the frist set!!!)
my actrual negative balance now is $151, but they are all still pending. come friday, i will be depositing 151 dollars, and never dealing with them again. this is compelte bull****.
employees treat my like ****, people on the phone treat me like ****.
FU*CK THEM!
