MO Carry Question...
OK, the wife and I are spending the week in Branson, this upcoming week... MO accepts the Indiana Permit...
The questions I have are: 1. I know you can't carry in "bars" but what is considered a bar? If we go to Applebees and sit around the edge in the "eatery", is that a bar because there is a bar in the restaraunt? If we go to Applebees and sit in the "bar" middle section, is that considered a bar, because we're sitting in the bar section of a restaraunt? OR does it actually have to be "a bar" to be considered a bar? 2. We'll be hiking in the state parks around there (caves, etc)... Can I carry there? Handgunlaw.us says "yes" but calls out a page from something that I can't find... 3. Anything else I need to know? Thanks, Mike |

MOCCW - Concealed Carry in Missouri
Missouri Concealed Carry Gun Permit and Firearms Information Website good web pages to look at for info. i think the state park may be a no, but im not 100% on that. as far as the bar goes i couldnt tell you either. just dont consume alcohol while carrying, that is a fast way to get locked up |

Well aware of that (no drinking and carrying)... in Indiana, you can carry in bars, so I'm not versed in what a "bar" is... though I imagine it's different per state...
BTW, I don't know if my search-foo sucks or what, but I didn't find much of anything as far as "what is legal or not" on those websites... Thanks, Mike |

50% or more of it's revenue must come from food.
