Front Sight Gun (XD), Gear, and Course Offer

I received this link from an email I received from Front Sight. The gun they are offering is an XD (Service 4" in either 9mm, 40S&W, or 45ACP). The total for "everything" is $1,199. You can read the details on the link to determine if you think this is a good deal or not. (I do not work for them, but have been to one class before - excellent training).

I contacted them, and there are a couple of additional charges that will apply.

1) FFL - they will need to ship the XD to your local FFL.
2) Shipping - there is a $50 shipping charge.
3) Background check - if you've already taken a class this calendar year and paid for a background check, then there is no charge, otherwise, $50.
4) Obviously, travel expenses to their facility in Pahrump, NV.

Also forgot to mention, this offer applies to folks who have or have not been there before.

Edit: I just found out that the only holsters you receive are the XD Gear holsters, even though they have a picture of some Uncle Mike's gun and magazine holsters.
