I live in NY and my permit is restricted.. now I'm seriously thinking about asking the judge to remove the restrictions

A paragraph in the article reads:

"The mayhem unfolded just after noon during the lunch hour rush at the eatery on a major suburban road lined with strip malls, car dealerships and fast food restaurants, about five miles from downtown West Palm Beach. A billboard advertising an upcoming gun show stands just behind the Wendy's."

Probably also a billboard for a car dealer next to the last fatal accident in West Palm Beach or maybe a billboard for an alcoholic beverage near the last DUI arrest.
