I think the crossbreed will work fine. I should just order it. If you looked at me you would never think I am 300lbs. I carry my weight very well.

Once I get the weight off then I need to bulk up and 220 will be good with me i think.

Like I said too many people go by the BMI like its holy text. It wasn't made for the purpose its now used for. I believe it was a psychologist or socioligist who made it to study mental health of some people. Depending on someones build rather than what a stupid chart says. They need to come up with a better system. I'm 240 and hovering around there for awhile. really just need to eliminate about 20 extra pounds and I should be good. I have a steady and strong heart great blood pressure whenever checked and just have the need to lose some pounds. One reason is you can conceal better at lower weights too.

Same with me. Also when I had a mustache I looked older too. When I shaved that off I dropped 2 years off my looks.

Well you mentioned something about a pool. Those are good for working out and losing weight. If its not that kind of pool, size-wise oh well.

I also have no hair. If I would wear a hat I would look 5 years younger
