Allan, do you by chance have my old avatar? I could not find it and went for the one I have now, but it just doesn't feel the same!

Howdy Doody guys and gals.

Got home a little bit ago.

Here is a snapshot of today in Tec's life:
5:45 a.m. get out of bed too freaking early as Mrs TEC likes to mess with my head and keeps changing the alarm time.
7:26 arrive at work office/shop. start assembling storage racks.
8:15 a.m. boss (with a rank of number 10 in corporate pecking order) arrives to say he doesn't know where racks should go (note, these are heavy metal racks that are not moved once assembled, good planning there boss dude)
9:00 a.m. BOSS DUDE (number 3 in boss pecking order) pulls me off of my job and tells me to drive new cube truck to Cleveland to pick up some material that is for a rush job. I am supposed to drive it to Lima Ohio.
9:18 a.m., tec on the road
12 noon, arrive in Solon Ohio.
12:15, call BOSS dude and tell him that the material is not ready for shipping. Matter of fact, shipping dept says product is not even made yet.
12:16 BOSS dude not a happy camper, tells me to wait there until product is made.
12:45 to 3:00 p.m. tec goes in and checks status of order every 30 minutes
3:15 order UP!!!!
3:18, tec on the road, heading back to shop. Trying to get there before 5pm, which is when tec jr. has soccer practice.
4:30 p.m., BOSS Dude upset I am not back at shop yet. Told him I was going 75 mph in 40-50- mph winds and driving rain. Still not happy.
5:15 p.m., pull into shop
5:19, ascertain all shop doors are lock, as are office doors. Also figure out Boss dude #4 in meeting in bldg. Won't answer his phone.
5:20 tec about to make office a "drive thru" with 2008 GMC cube truck
5:21, tec, figures out key code on digital keypad by looking for dirty numbers on pad, opens door.
5:25, tec locates boss dude #4, gives him keys and runs from building
5:45, tec picks up tec jr. from wifes night job, tec jr not happy camper.
5:50 soccer over, tec jr. mised it
6:00, tec talks female friend of wife at her office into going shooting in two weeks (Mrs tec will be there, per Mrs TEC.)
6:25, tec home. watching MR Bean goes on holiday

Wasted alot of time doing nothing but waiting
Drove way too fast in not too good conditions
resisted remodeling office using truck
Figured out secret code to office
Disappointed tec jr.........
going to show a newb how to shoot, now if only I remember
Watch movie with one of my two favorite gals

I don't mind getting paid to wait, it's just a lack of planning on their part caused a lttle girl to be very dissapointed about missing soccer.
