I had two different people interested, but things happened in their lives to change their mind. If anyone knows of someone wanting to live in Wilmington, DE in a 3 bedroom 1 bath house that's worth more than the mortgage they'd take over, please let me know! Well, I need to get back to work. I'm making yet MORE maps for a report we're doing on a regional project. Go figure. Take care all! Thanks for asking about me!

dang, its POURING rain outside right now...supposed to have heavy rain all day and then 5-8" of snow tonight and tomorrow - sweeeeeeet. too bad i cant go snowboarding...the chief will kill me if i hurt myself weeks before i start the academy lol
