I think I'm finally turning the corner on this thing, and the Mrs. isn't showing any symptoms, thank God. I just keep slamming the orange juice and vitamins and waiting for it to end.

Innocent life is cheap--a few hundred bucks for an abortion. Guilty life is expensive--a couple million for appeals, incarceration, and execution. How bass-ackwards is our society?

That's where the Japanese have a good idea: those who are sick wear masks, to keep from spreading their germs.

Hope your cold clears up soon, Dan!

Thank you, sir, and welcome to the nuthouse, if I haven't greeted you already.

Americans are to vain to wear masks...we'd much rather go around infecting our fellow man than look silly wearing a mask.

That's right. LOL..

I don't have a cold, but I do have allergies. I am congested all the time (but some days it'll just drip out my nose). I also have a "throaty thing" (not sure what it is exactly). I feel like I have a little gunk hanging in my throat, and that makes me cough once or twice to almost clear my throat.

Damned Delaware allergies!!!

Hope you feel better!!!

Cold medicine always makes me slightly spacy and in a good frame of mind to contemplate pointless philosophical musings, so wouldn't the height of vanity be to wear a mask? You'd be keeping your good looks all to yourself, off-limits to the outside world.

Don't blame me.....it's the medicine talking.
