Thats great. You are healthy, just need to get a little more. Excellent. It is all about what you put in your body, and when you do it. It really is. First thing first, you guys better not be drinking soda pops or Kool-Aid. I drink the crystal light (premeasured cups) it makes a quart and it is just as sweet. I recommend the fruit punch, and the valueright brand has a killer strawberry. These are good sources of 0% carbs in a sweet drink form, otherwise you guys better be drinking water like fish. Don't get your CV (cardiovascular) going with thick, viscous blood. You will have a CVA. And if you know what CVA or HTN is, talk to your physician please, it is very important.

NO SODA!?!?!?!?!?! Are you MAD !?!?!?!?!?!?

I drink about 10 8oz glasses of water or the equivilent everyday. But I cant give up my soda! Its so yummmy! Its always diet soda...does that help?

Remember your body is composed of 4 things.

nucleic acids: DNA/RNA (not relevant here)

proteins: (not too relevant, essential for muscle mass, recovery etc)

carbohydrates: (look at the stereotypical italian with spaghetti, you dont want carbs anymore, at least not past 1500 (3 o'clock), think of yourself as a Gremlin, you have to eat certain things only at certain times.

lipids: you need fat, just the good kind. for lunch sometimes i bring a small bowl of pasta noodles, olive oil and oregano. olive oil and fish is where you want your lipids from. hamburger will not do.

quick keys: eat carbs in morning to afternoon. always eat breakfast. eat less but more often. quality over quanitity. stimulants aren't necessary, but does gives you an edge. eat fats, seriously, you must obtain your essential fatty acids like those found in fish, olive oil etc, not the potato chip kind.
