Just finished up an early dinner before some swimming...two eggs, diced red peppers, onions, and jalapeno peppers with some shredded cheese and salsa and a piece of wheat toast. Quite tasty.

About 6'. I know, I'm skinny. I just run and work out enough to keep a lot of the fat off. I need to get stronger.

Well I'mabout 5'10 and 175. I feel pretty good at this height and weight. No problems carrying a heavy ruck, or running around in the Baghdad heat.

Being thin isn't a bad thing though Justin. I've noticed most of the Navy Seals are thin and muscular. It's better to be thin and lean that big and bulky...

Well, I was previously about 185 and not happy with my weight or my body type. I was pudgy. If I was a solid 175, I'd be fine with that. I'd like to put on about 5-10 lbs of solid muscle before leaving for OCS.

When I was running cross country in high school, when I finished the season my senior year, I was 137 at the same height. I was ripped (as much as you can be at that weight ) with body fat % well under 10%.
