And thats just because I'm a good worker. We're only asked to arrive 10 minutes early to 24 hour accounts.

Nice. It would be nice to get a weekend off without having to request it off. But thats what I keep having to do. And then, even if I work 40 or more hours in the week, it is taken against the personal time I can have off.

So they get a weeks worth of work out of me and then when I have my time off and relax I still have less time off I can request for the year.
