So, we have a credit card that's automatically scheduled to be paid the due date, which is the last day of the month, for I don't even remember how long, a long time...the jerkoffs bumped it up a day, slammed us with a late fee, which they said they would waive if we use the card during the billing cycle, and then jacked the rate up to almost 30%...I farking hate cheating scum. My wife is in a rage right now.

There should be an option to "Send Money"

It's at the top left, first tab next to "My Account"

Looks like we got it adjusted and fixed. It always takes getting a supervisor, but it's fixed.

With good reason it seems. We had a similar (bad) experience with Sam's Club last year. I reamed them a new one. When that didn't work I turned my wife loose on them. Believe me when I say you don't want that woman on your case! It eventually got resolved, but we never got an apology.
