Yes, it was a great evening. I'm not a big fan of driving 2 hours straight, but it was SO worth it!!! I had only been to A.C. once before, but we didn't get lost (benefits of me being a map making geek). The concert was at the House of Blues in the Showboat (801 Boardwalk). Very nice facility. We had to walk through the whole place to get to the concert area.

The opening band (Art of Dying) was pretty good, too. Which, of course, was a given since DISTURBED invited them along on their concert tour to open for them.

If you've never seen DISTURBED perform, you must go see them. The singer (David Draiman) is awesome, and very heartfelt. He usually talks with the crowd for a little bit, and last night he remembered all the fallen soldiers who have been fighting overseas, and hoped/prayed for our military members' safe return home soon. He also told some people who were fighting in a mosh pit to knock it off, because at his concerts, it's a place to let go of your anger and agression, not to use it to fight with each other. Nevermind this guy is a college graduate w/ 3 degrees! He thanked all of us, too, for helping him get to where he is now, and told us that we are all his brothers and sisters, his blood.

Anyway, yes. I do like them. Can you tell?

DISTURBED is the #1 band out there, at least for me and my fiancee.

Other than that, I'm waiting to hear from the bank if they're accepting an offer on my house that an investment group submitted recently. I sure hope they accept, too! I'm ready to move out of Wilmington, especially w/ summer coming.

Take care guys! See ya 'round.

Thanks. I figured you only get one body to live in, why not make it the best I could.

A specimen like yourself needs to lose no weight at all.

Oh come on, it was a comment with hardly any sarcasm contained at all.
