My doctor told me last week my blood pressure was a bit high as it was 151/84 when they took it during my physical. He had me go buy a portable BP monitor...every time I've taken it since it was been around 120 (or less) over 70-ish. So, when I go back thursday, I'll let him know I was all geeked up on coffee and anxious over my physical!
