Dinner is going to be amazing! I picked up a nice piece of beef to cube up with some veggies for skewers. I also picked up a dozen of the 16/20 count shrimp to grill as well...they're farking huge, a dozen was just over 1/2 lb. So, some tasty skewers with beef, shrimp, and veggies to put on a pile of couscous.
I picked up pork chops and chicken breast strips as well for the rest of the week.
