Nice rifle, doesn't hurt my feelings at all you got the 270. That just means there is one less guy to drive up the price of my ammo!

I agree with Will on both points - very nice rifle and you won't be driving the price of my ammunition up either!

I'm sure one day I'll have a .308 just not yet. Then again I could because he has the .270 798 brand new for $515 or he has a very very slightly used one in .308 but he didn't give me a price says we can discuss it when I come in. So who knows if it's at least $75+ cheaper might just go that route cause he said his son bought it used it for one season then sold it because he had bills to pay! And Jimmy's a great straight forward guy so I know he's not feeding me a load of crock to get a sale.

Can't complain (much) but all in all the important things are great...the girls and the rest of the family are all doing well so the rest is tolerable.

How are things in your cave Barry?

Good to hear that the family is all good. How about the band - any new gigs coming up?

Things are full of guano at the Bat Cave. Fun Friday at a golf outing - 3rd Annual LCpl Jonathon Collins Memorial Outing - followed by a disaster of a weekend. Wife and children all well but step mom had emergency surgery on Saturday to repair a bleeding artery that hadn't healed after an angiogram.

As far as the band goes...just a couple private parties in June and a couple music festivals in September...I'm sure we'll book more soon though, we spent Saturday recording 3am (Paul's Pub) to post on our band site. We're anxious to get a demo disk recorded and out and get our press pack in order. Sorry to hear about your step-mom, I hope things are looking up for her.
