You aint joking, took about 6 hours to sort it all. The only brass I weighed out so far were .223= 24lbs and 9mm=18lbs. Probably about 15lbs of 45ACP who knows how much of everything else. People need to stop shooting steel cases.

I have a bunch of 9mm, .40S&W, and .45ACP that needs to be sorted and tumbled.

I hate sorting and because I am really really anal after I sort, I clean then I resort the caliber by manufacturer before I tumble. This last batch is just getting cleaned since I now have more brass than I will shoot for a long long time. It is nice to have it though. A few months ago before I started reloading I was actually buying brass from people, now I have a few hundred pounds of it.

When I first starting reloading I would just dump a bunch of brass in the tumbler. Because I got tired of pulling 9s out of 40s encased in 45s now I thoroughly sort before I tumble.
