Okay quick question for anyone here:
I'm filling out waiver requests for former employees. My options are. This is a sub-contracted entity (none fall into this category) The clearance on file was valid as of this employee's last date of employment This employee was not employed at this site in FY2008. This employee does not work and has not worked directly with children at this site in any capacity. This employee is under the age of 18 and doesn't require a clearance (none fall into this category) Where's the option for: Provider organization told us that we were allowed a grace period as long as they worked with employees with the necessary clearances. Other than that, what can I do. Some of these people left before we got a chance to process their clearances, so we figured why bother.
