Good luck with that. I wish I could stick around to see you hit it, but my wife wants me to watch something on television with her in a few minutes.

I will.

I have a new camera to take pictures of my newly refinished 870. That Norrel's stuff works pretty good. I goofed and got semi-gloss black instead of flat black, so I'm trying to preheat the parts hot to get a flatter finish. I'll let you know how it turns out.

Seems like the refinishing part is going pretty well and is remarkably easy. I just disassembled the shotgun, gave it to my dad to blast, cleaned it off and hosed it down with brake cleaner, preheated parts (the hardest part since the oven is finicky now), and make several light passes with my just broken in airbrush kit and the norrel's.

I better get down to the garage to open up the door for ventilation, and while I'm down there flip the switch on the stove so I can see if I can start up the oven again.

Although I definately did my research. This is what I found for the error the oven's giving us. GE Profile Oven F7 error messages! - Page 3 - Appliance Blog Forums

Kinda sad that there's a forum out there for people to chat about appliances.

Conversations must go like this:

Topic: Warming tray not working right?!?

Response1: Didn't you read the FAQ at the top of the page? You have to have it shut all the way and press the button to set the warming tray on preheat...

Response2: I know exactly what you mean. I'd like to hear the answer as well.

Response3: I had the same problem, but then I upgraded to the new fantastic model xyz... check it out... (posts huge 1000x2300 picture of oven).

Okay fellas, I'll check back.

I don't know if jtkratzer told you guys, but the shoot that was scheduled for tomorrow was cancelled.

I guess I'll just have to head out to my home range to shoot.
