Alright, time to get moving. Had my breakfast...I'm going to take some pills, some throat spray, and some lozenges and get ready for an attempt to put half a day in...

 Here is a picture of me and a ccouple of my "co-workers" when we went to Iowa and hunted pheasant.. I don't know why I am posting it, just felt the urge... I'm on the far right...

What is everyone doing for lunch today. Oh, also Sgt, I weighed in today. I am at 174 for the month. I started out at 185. My goal of 165 is getting closer and closer!!! I want to be lean and mean. Although 170 is a good weight for me...
