Happy friday back at yah Dave, and to all. TGIF!
stressful day though, our contract for our townhouse is under attorney review at this time, so alot coming up for me and wifey in the next few weeks,, signing my life away, mortgage BS, inspections... yup im stressing. wish i had a xanax |

Not to freak you out or anything, but I was supposed to close in March and didn't close until May. I was getting married in may and I wanted the house before to get it ready for us to live in, BUT NO!!!! You go through so much CRAP when buying a house. I'm glad I didn't carry then (jk). I bought a renter and converted it to non-rental. It is 108 years old beautiful victorian style home...right smack dab in the worst neighborhood in Parkersburg (I didn't know that at the time). I hope this cheers you up!! Lol.
