Looks like I'm connected to XO.net on the first hop and it goes from here to Philadelphia to DC to Ashburn (VA) on hop 5, where it connects to Sprintlink.net for another 8 hops, then on hops 15-30 it's all timed out.  does that sound like bad service, or just a bad connection to my download site?
