I finally got my Select Comfort Sleep # bed yesterday! I could not go to sleep last night!! It was too hot in the room, my dogs were scratching and making noise, my legs kept cramping (I think I have restless leg syndrome) and I drank too much water before I went to bed. If those things weren't happening I bet I would have had a very nice sleep cycle.

Hey Dave, Are you on Flickr? It's a Yahoo site where photographers can post their work. If you are on there let me know. I'm into photography as well, but I am pretty new at it.

U said it man... I always have lower back pain. I think its from 5 years of working the lumber dept of Home Depot. They make you wear those back belts, which do more harm then good. I dont miss that place I tell ya that

I know what you mean ryan. I worked at the Coldwater Creek warehouse (only one) for 3 years. I had a nice job where I unloaded 53' tractor trailors floor loaded to the roof with boxes of clothes and what not. No Pallets. I was actually a picture framer, but they always needed help unloading those friggin trucks. I weighed 160 pounds when I worked there and I'm 6' 1". Now I'm 200. My new job is only physical when I actually have to do something.

That's why I only worked there for 3 years. They work you until you are injured and then work you some more. I got shin splints from the pick/pack dept. and they wouldn't let me go home. I couldn't hardly walk so they put my in refurb where you don't have to walk, but stand and fold clothes that people have returned. I hate that place. But hey they paid 7 bucks and hour and that was better than selling kirby vacuum cleaners like I was.

Kirby salesman aah, I had someone knock on my apartment a few weeks back trying to sell us one, he even put a cookie in the vacuum bag comartment, vacuumed an area of our carpet, took the cookie out and ate it...? did you have to do this as well?

that place sounds like a sweat shop man, u had shin splints so they assigned to to stand on the hard floor folding clothes?!?!?! glad to hear you got out of there.

Was Home Depot rough? I applied there when I was working at CWC, but I didn't get the job. I only had to unload those trucks probably one day out of 2 weeks in the off season. CWC is basically a sweat shop. During "peak" season (Christmas time) you work 10 hours a day 7 days a week and it's also a blackout period so no days off unless you are dying. Sry about all this venting! I'm not looking for sympathy or anything. And you get about a raise every year! A slap in the face 10 cents an hour raise. So When I left there I was making 7.30 an hour. Go ahead everyone! Tell us about your crappy jobs!
