I am sure you know about these. These are the sales that advertise things like nike shoes for $10, mp3 players for $20, car stereos for $50, ect... Well i went to one of these in my area and I was completely shocked at what I found. There were several vendors there selling marijuana pipes, bongs and crack pipes!

I can't believe they can get away with selling this stuff!

Sure they were not labeled for tobaco use only? There is nothing against the law about selling things that COULD be used for illicit activities.

I dont agree with it but thats how things work in America.

They're tobacco pipes. That is, until they get marijuana/crack residue on them, or are found with drugs.

We have a "smoke shop" here in town that sells all of that stuff. Pipes, incense, etc. Everything you need to smoke weed, except the weed.

Gas stations sell crack pipes all day long. But they're not "crack pipes", they're "rose tubes".

There were a few good deals, I didn't get anything, but the wife bought a pair of boots. The sale is on 76th and Brown Deer Rd, in the old Menards building. It cost $7 to get in and it is still open for two more weekends.

Considering you can use just about anything to smoke pot from, you can't really make a smoking device illegal...I've seen bongs made out of 16 and 20 soda bottles, soda cans, you name it...

Making it illegal to sell glass pipes would require making rolling papers illegal too. As said, can't really ban something simply because it COULD be used for something illegal.

If they could, our firearms would already be banned.

You mean you guys don't have stores for that?

We have one place called "Phat Glass" that sells pipes and all. Selling a pipe isn't illegal, smokin' crap in it is, IIRC. Although, "drug paraphernalia" is an interesting area of laws I guess.
