So another $4k or so for black market prices.
What people don't realize is that when you can't buy it legally you pay a premium for it illegally ... not many criminals can afford $12k for a gun, and if they can, well, you're gonna be hit by worse anyway

So if they are banning .50 BMGs because they don't want to wait for a crime to occur using one, are they going to start castrating all men to prevent rape?

Geez, how many times has the "shoot down an airplane scenario" disproved. I'd love to meet the guy who could hit, and knock down a moving airplane at a mile. I wish my bonus had come thru, i was going to buy a couple to re-sell, and pay for my kids college after the election.

I want to see soemone try to shoot down a plane on video just so we can disprove this once and for all.
Hell I want someone untrained to pick up a .50 and try to even hit a car at a mile.

that $8k-10k price for the barrett doesnt include the barret ballstics computer and optics you need to shoot at such a range
