I saw a thing about that.

This guy is zip-tying the women inside their car, covering their eyes and then shooting them and their children.

I know some people will disagree with me, but this is exactly why I tell my wife "NEVER STOP FIGHTING"

You have to assume, in this day in age, with this sort of criminal element that if you surrender you WILL die, if you're lucky thats the worst that will happen to you.

I'd rather they shoot me while I'm fighting them then shoot me while I'm tied up helpless on the ground.

These kinds of horrific crimes are on the rise, and I believe there is no end in sight. The nation's social infrastructure is crumbling.
Law enforcement nor legislatures have a clue, and we will soon be completely on our own.

This advice plus do everything in your power to not be removed from the location you're at when attacked is advice my wife (realtor) and I have talked about many times. I've drilled her on eyes, throat, nuts as well. Thing of it is she is one of the nicest gals who trusts more than she should. When affordable I am going to get her a nice compact handgun (caliber to be determined) and we will take some professional training together. Unfortunately, the training plus the ammo to take to the training makes it a very spendy little affair. Even with this training I am not sure she has the mindset to fight. Some people are fighters and some just aren't.

Go on ebay, and find a frontsite ticket for 80 bucks that will work for both of you. Best suggestion I can give. Never been there but those on this forum say its good.

Florida doesn't suck, it's all the damn transplants that come down here from other parts of the country and other countries that suck!
